A document issued by the Center authorizing a person to carry out installation and maintenance activities, whether the scope is internal (with a dedicated department for installation and maintenance within the requesting entity) or commercial (including the provision of installation and maintenance services to external parties from various entities), in accordance with the requirements of the National Center for Meteorology.
Submit valid official documents for the license applicant, including:
- Commercial registration (if available, showing the nature of the activity) or equivalent supporting documents,
- Registration with the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority,
- Value Added Tax (VAT) certificate,
- National ID or residency permit (Iqama).
- Attach a signed declaration committing that all technical personnel involved are licensed by the National Center for Meteorology to practice the meteorological professions related to the license.
- Attach any other documents requested by the Center.
- Attach a company classification certificate issued by the relevant authorities.
- Attach a signed declaration committing to the following:

- All engineering and technical personnel must be licensed by the relevant authorities (e.g., the Saudi Council of Engineers and/or the National Center for Meteorology).
- All engineering and technical personnel must be qualified, trained, and have prior experience in the relevant field of specialization.
- All machinery, equipment, tools, systems, and means used for installation and maintenance must comply with international standards.
- Provide a portfolio of previous work in the same field, if available.
- Possess a valid and relevant ISO quality certification.
Clarifications:
- The application for the management and operation service is submitted independently in cases where there is a fully integrated department responsible for carrying out management and operation activities.
- The license fee will be determined at a later stage.
Submit the license application using the forms approved by the Center:
- The applicant must sign a declaration confirming the authenticity of the submitted documents and bear full criminal and civil liability in case of any false information, after presenting the original documents for verification.
- Pay the service fee for the requested license.
- Submit the official documents of the applicant (valid commercial registration, if available, including the nature of the activity, or supporting documents; registration with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority; VAT registration; and valid national ID or residence permit).
- Attach any other documents requested by the Center.
- Attach a company classification certificate issued by the relevant authorities.
- Attach a commitment that includes the following:

The execution time varies by service and can be reviewed on the website.
Once service approval is granted, the beneficiary will receive an invoice via email. The fee can be paid through the “SADAD” service.
