Submit the application through the platform:
- Attach proof of payment for the required service fee
- Attach a valid copy of the National ID or Residency Permit and present the original for verification (applicant must be at least 18 years old)

- Attach a certificate of experience issued by the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) showing previous work periods (GOSI printout), if applying for a license to practice the profession
- In the absence of prior experience in meteorology, the beneficiary must submit proof of enrollment in a training program at an observation facility or institution accredited by the National Center for Meteorology for a period of 6 months in order to obtain a temporary permit
- Attach the original, accredited bachelor's degree in Meteorology, which must include all components of the core educational program required for licensing as a Meteorologist (Meteorology Specialist)
- Attach proof of having received practical qualification or vocational training in a meteorological field for six months from a recognized regional center, competent national authority, or observation facility accredited by the National Center for Meteorology.
This requirement is waived for those who have previously worked as a meteorology specialist or technician at any official national center or authority, provided an official statement confirming this is submitted - Attach an original, recent certificate of good conduct addressed to the National Center for Meteorology

- Submit a declaration affirming the accuracy of all provided documents and accepting full legal and civil responsibility in case of any false information
- Present all original documents for verification
