Application submission through the platform:
- A declaration affirming the authenticity of the documents.
- Payment of the required service fee.
- Submission of approval or authorization from the employer (if the applicant is a government employee).
- Attach a work experience certificate of no less than 10 years for diploma holders or 5 years for bachelor's degree holders in one of the technical fields specified in the relevant regulations, issued by the General Organization for Social Insurance (Insurance Print), showing previous work periods in any meteorological field.
- Attach a technical diploma from an accredited industrial institute or an intermediate qualification from an accredited secondary training institute in one of the fields of mechanics, electricity, computer, electronics, maintenance, calibration, or any related field relevant to the applicant for the Maintenance Supervisor license.
- Attach proof of practical qualification or vocational training in one of the meteorological fields from an accredited regional center, a specialized national agency, or a meteorological station accredited by the National Center for Meteorology. This excludes those who have previously worked as a meteorology specialist or technician at any official national center or authority, provided an official certificate confirming that is submitted.
- Attach a recent certificate of good conduct addressed to the National Center for Meteorology.
- Attach a valid copy of the national ID or residence permit.
- Attach a medical examination report.
- Attach the originals of all documents for verification.
- Attach a recent personal photo sized 2×3 cm.
- The license fee will be determined at a later stage.

Once service approval is granted, the beneficiary will receive an invoice via email. The fee can be paid through the “SADAD” service.
