Submit the application through the platform:
- Pay the required service fee
- Attach a valid copy of the National ID or Residency Permit (applicant must be at least 18 years old)
- Attach a personal photograph (2×3 cm)
- Attach a certificate of experience issued by the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) showing previous work periods (GOSI printout), if applying for a license to practice the profession
- Attach a technical diploma (at minimum) in one of the engineering fields (Electrical, Computer, Electronics, Mechanical) or an equivalent relevant technical specialization
- Provide proof of practical qualification or vocational training in a meteorology-related field for a minimum duration of one year from an accredited regional center, national competent authority, or an observation facility approved by the National Center for Meteorology; alternatively, attach an official statement from any national center, authority, or government body confirming prior work experience as a meteorology specialist or technician
- Attach a recent certificate of good conduct addressed to the National Center for Meteorology
- Attach a medical fitness examination report
- Agree to a declaration affirming the authenticity of all submitted documents and accept full legal and civil responsibility for any false information
- Commit to presenting original documents for verification upon request
- Provide a letter of approval from the applicant’s employer (if the applicant is a government employee)

Once service approval is granted, the beneficiary will receive an invoice via email. The fee can be paid through the “SADAD” service.
