A document issued by the Center to an individual authorizing them to engage in work or activities specific to non-profit organizations, such as conducting awareness programs, organizing discussion workshops, and presenting research, in accordance with the requirements of the National Center for Meteorology.
Submitting the license application using the forms approved by the Center:
- The license applicant must sign an undertaking confirming the authenticity of the submitted documents and assuming full criminal and civil liability in case of any inaccuracy, after presenting the originals for verification.
- Payment of the applicable service fee.
- An undertaking confirming that all technical staff are licensed by the National Center for Meteorology to practice meteorological professions related to the license subject.
- Providing proof of holding a valid license from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development or other relevant competent authorities.
- The license applicant must submit an undertaking to comply with the following:

- Members of the non-profit organization must be scientifically and practically qualified in the field of meteorology.
- Members of the organization may not engage in any meteorological activities outside the scope of the non-profit organization’s work, except for those holding a valid professional practice license from the National Center for Meteorology.
- Attach any other documents required by the Center.
- The license fee will be determined at a later stage.

The execution time varies by service and can be reviewed on the website.
Once service approval is granted, the beneficiary will receive an invoice via email. The fee can be paid through the “SADAD” service.
