Submitting the application through the platform:
- Payment of the applicable service fee.
- Attaching a valid copy of the national ID/Iqama, with the applicant being no less than 18 years old.
- Attaching a personal photo (2×3 cm).
- Attaching an experience certificate issued by the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI), showing previous periods of employment (GOSI printout) if applying for a professional practice license.
- Attaching an accredited and certified Meteorology Diploma that includes all the core basic education program components required for licensing as a Meteorological Observer (Weather Technician).
- Attaching proof of having completed at least six months of practical training or vocational qualification in a meteorological field from a recognized regional center, a relevant national authority, or a meteorological facility accredited by the National Center for Meteorology; or providing an official statement from any national center, official authority, or government entity confirming prior work experience as a Meteorological Specialist or Technician.
- Attaching a recent criminal record clearance certificate addressed to the National Center for Meteorology.
- Attaching a medical fitness report.
- Agreeing to a declaration affirming the accuracy of all submitted documents and accepting full legal and civil liability in the event of any discrepancies.
- Commitment to present original documents for verification upon request.
- Attaching proof of approval from the applicant’s employer (if the applicant is a government employee).

The execution time varies by service and can be reviewed on the website.
Once service approval is granted, the beneficiary will receive an invoice via email. The fee can be paid through the “SADAD” service.
