This forum issues seasonal climate forecasts across the GCC and shares them among the GCC countries, with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia coordinating and supervising some of the main tasks between the GCC countries, the World Meteorological Organization, the League of Arab States, the GCC countries, and ESCWA.
