Service Level Agreement for Licensing and Permitting Services

In accordance with the instructions of the National Center of Meteorology, to improve the services provided to beneficiaries in accordance with the tasks and responsibilities assigned to it, and to do everything in its power to provide services to beneficiaries and provide customers with electronic services in the easiest and most appropriate ways as quickly as possible, the aim of which is to facilitate the completion of beneficiaries’ requests through the use of electronic meteorological services.

The National Center of Meteorology is keen to keep the confidentiality and privacy of beneficiary information at the top of its priorities, and the privacy and confidentiality policy is a condition for using this site.

Meeting the different needs of beneficiaries and providing assistance and support in appropriate ways by providing readable content and various resources in different forms and facilitating use to provide a distinctive and effective experience for beneficiaries.

Applications are submitted via the Center’s website.

There are general requirements and specific requirements for each service. These can be reviewed through the website.

The execution time varies by service and can be reviewed on the website.

Once service approval is granted, the beneficiary will receive an invoice via email. The fee can be paid through the “SADAD” service.
