Submit the application through the platform:
- Pay the required service fee
- Attach a valid copy of the National ID or Residency Permit and present the original for verification
- Attach a personal photograph (2×3 cm)
- Attach a certificate of experience issued by the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI), showing no less than 5 years of previous work in the field of meteorology (GOSI printout)
- Attach the original, accredited diploma in Meteorology, which must include all components of the basic educational program required for a license to practice as an Advanced Meteorological Observer
- Attach proof of having received practical qualification or vocational training in a meteorological field from a recognized regional center, a competent national authority, or an observation facility accredited by the National Center for Meteorology.
Exemptions apply to those who have previously worked as a meteorology specialist or technician at an official national center or authority, provided an official statement is submitted as proof - Attach an original, recent certificate of good conduct addressed to the National Center for Meteorology
- Attach a medical fitness report
- Submit a declaration affirming the accuracy of all provided documents and accepting full legal and civil responsibility in case of any false information
- Present all original documents for review
- Submit an approved leave or permission from the employer (if the applicant is a government employee)
- License Issuance: The applicable fee will be determined at a later stage.
Clarifications:
- The beneficiary has the right to request the permit/license and pay the applicable fee for up to a maximum of three years.

Once service approval is granted, the beneficiary will receive an invoice via email. The fee can be paid through the “SADAD” service.
