Submit the application through the platform:
- Pay the service fee.
- Attach a valid copy of the national ID/residency permit and present the original for verification.
- Attach a personal photo (size 2×3).
- Attach an experience certificate of no less than 10 years issued by the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI printout), indicating previous periods of employment in the field of meteorology.
- Attach the original, attested, and accredited academic qualification of a Diploma in Meteorology, covering all essential core education program components required for applicants seeking a license to practice as a Chief Observer.
- Attach proof of having obtained practical qualification or vocational training in the field of meteorology from an accredited regional center, a competent national authority, or a meteorological facility approved by the National Center for Meteorology. This requirement is waived for those who have previously worked as a meteorology specialist or technician in any official national center or authority, provided an official letter is submitted as proof.
- Attach a medical examination clearance report.
- Provide a signed declaration affirming the accuracy of all submitted documents and accepting full legal and civil liability in case of any discrepancies.
- Submit originals of all documents for verification.
- Provide an approved leave authorization from the applicant’s employer (if the applicant is a government employee).
- The license fee will be determined at a later stage.
