The Center signed an agreement with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing to enable the Center to benefit from the investment portal in Saudi cities (Foras) in offering and managing investment opportunities that fall under its jurisdiction.

The signing of the agreement was witnessed by the Center’s CEO, Dr. Ayman bin Salem Ghulam, and by the Ministry’s Undersecretary for Privatization and Financial Sustainability, Engineer Ihab Hasouba, while the agreement aims to contribute to developing the means of offering projects and investments that fall under the jurisdiction of government agencies, by announcing them through the Opportunities Portal to improve the environment. The areas of the agreement are represented in a number of points, the most prominent of which is enabling the National Center of Meteorology to use the Opportunities Portal to offer and manage its real estate investment opportunities that fall under its jurisdiction, and to use the Opportunities Portal to offer and manage real estate investment opportunities under the Centre’s jurisdiction, completing the regulatory procedures related to offering investment opportunities, adhering to the relevant instructions, and bearing all The regulatory implications related thereto, and following the technical instructions issued by the Ministry regarding the method and controls for using the portal.
