Mount Adqas is located in the south of the city and is also known as the Green Mountain of Awf. Its highest elevation is 2,046 metres.

Jabal Al Raya, also known as Jabal Dhubab, is a historical landmark located north of Medina in the Kingdom.

The Jumawat Mountains are considered one of the most famous mountains in Medina. They are three mountains: Jumma Al-Aqir, Jumma Umm Khaled, and Jumma Umm Tadarru, and they extend to the west of Wadi Al-Aqiq.

Mount Uhud represents an Islamic historical landmark, and was named that because it is cut off and unified from any other mountains. It is located north of Medina in the Kingdom and reaches a height of 1,077 meters.

Jabal al-Rumah is located next to Mount Uhud and on the southern side of it in Medina. It was named after the Muslim archers in the Battle of Uhud.

Elephant Mountain consists of a rock mass resembling an elephant. It is located in Al-Ula Governorate in the Medina region. It is considered one of the geological wonders of the region and reaches a height of 52 meters.
